체크인 오후 2시 이후, 체크아웃 오전 12시 이전. 체크인 시 예약 확인서·신분증·일행 명단 지참 필수, 반려동물 반입 불가. 예약금 50% 선납 후 잔금은 체크인 시 납부(명절·공휴일 연휴는 100% 선납). 자산 보증금 300만 VND 별도. 결제는 계좌이체 또는 현금. 조기 체크인(오전 6시~오후 2시) 및 늦은 체크아웃(오전 12시~오후 2시) 시 1박 요금의 50% 추가, 오전 6시 이전 또는 오후 4시 이후는 100% 추가(빌라 공실 여부에 따라 가능). 초과 인원 추가 요금: 성인 200,000 VND/인, 어린이(6~12세) 150,000 VND/인. 오후 9시 이후 노래(스피커 사용) 금지, 오후 11시 이후 소음 금지.
