1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the BE-JIB listing service operated by Gachi-on Co., Ltd. ("the Company").

2. Service definition

BE-JIB is a listing service for foreigners residing or staying in Nha Trang, Vietnam. The service provides verified listing information and connects users to human agents via messaging apps. It is not an automated booking or escrow platform.

3. Account

No sign-up is currently required. Contact details submitted with a consultation request are used solely for consultation response.

4. Information accuracy

Only information verified by our staff is published. Prices, deposits, fees, and lease terms are never guessed. Final terms are confirmed during consultation and on-site review.

5. Limitation of liability

Lease contracts are direct transactions between the user and the landlord. The Company plays an information-relay role and is not a party to the lease.
