1. Verified only

We never guess prices, deposits, fees, lease terms, area, floor, or coordinates. Unverified fields are labelled "To confirm".

LLMs only translate and organize. Numbers and contract terms are never generated by AI.

AI helps users browse published information. Real staff confirm availability, tours, contracts and bookings via messengers.

We prioritize properties that accept passport/visa-only contracts and have answers to the common foreigner questions verified.
