The Home Studio – Monthly Rental

Monthly studio rental at The Home.

Rent is $479/month for one person and covers the management fee, Wi-Fi, and water. Housekeeping comes twice a week with towel changes, and bedding is changed once a week. You also get 24-hr front desk service and free gym access.

Electricity is metered separately at 4,900 VND/kWh via an individual meter outside your unit. A second occupant adds $38/month. Personal phone calls and other extra services are billed separately.

Base rent 12,600,000 VND/month (1 person). Second occupant: +1,000,000 VND/month. Deposit: 3,000,000 VND. Electricity extra at 4,900 VND/kWh (individual meter). Management fee, Wi-Fi, and water included. Personal calls and other extras billed separately.
